    Chris Oyakhilome from Nigeria is a pastor, a TV host, and an author. He is president of the Believers’ LoveWorld Incorporated, and is also known as Christ Embassy International.

    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome grew up on the 7 thDecember 1973. He was the first of his family to be born. He completed his secondary and primary studies at Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma in Edo State, Nigeria. He graduated with a BSc.

    AAU also awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science award. He holds an honorary divinity degree from Benson Idahosa University. The Reverend Chris was earlier married to Anita Obhodaghe. They have two children.

    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome began his ministry journey while still at AAU. The Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship which is today Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (YFC) was at the time known as the Believers’ LoveWorld fellowship.

    YFC grew quickly and was the largest campus-based fellowship. In 1989, Pastor Chris established Believers LoveWorld Incorporated (BLW), alongside Christ Embassy. Lagos is the home of the church. Believer’s LoveWorld today has millions of associates and followers around the globe.

    Pastor Chris Oyakhilome BLW became the most prominent Christian ministry on television across Africa, through its”Atmosphere for Miracles” program in 2002. They stopped airing the program in May 2004 after the former president of Nigeria- President Olusegun Obasanjo declared that miracles shouldn’t be allowed to continue by churches.

    Pastor Chris’s Ministry comprises four different branches including publishing ministry, the healing ministry, television ministry and teaching ministry. From these areas, he has created the healing school and atmosphere for miracles and the Pastor Chris global prayer network.

    The Future Africa Leaders Foundation has been created to study and expand the leadership capabilities of Africans. The foundation recognizes, celebrates and assists young Africans who have demonstrated leadership through positively impacting the lives of their generation. They do this by providing education, youth empowerment and mentorship.

    The foundation celebrates the accomplishments of these young leaders with an award ceremonycalled The Future African Leaders’ Awards. This foundation will help support the national policies for trauma treatment by providing them through advocacy, health education, and community-based programs.
